R.S.Perrins Master Builders is a Closed Corporation, owner-run business based in Wellington and Stellenbosch. Over the past 25 years we have been in charge of many successful building projects in the greater areas of the Western Cape. As a team, we have one specific goal in mind, and that is to deliver professional and quality construction services at a very cost-effective price. We offer a very wide variety of services for the benefit of our clients. We understand the nature of giving our clients what they want and therefore we offer complete turnkey solutions. The company focuses on bringing plans and ideas together and to make our clients dreams a reality. We have built many luxury homes in the past, but we also specialize in Commercial and Industrial Construction.

We have our own team of bricklayers, carpenters, painters, tilers and plasterers. This means all your building and renovation needs are under one roof.

Our History

Robert Perrins is the Managing Director of R.S.Perrins Master Builders and started R.S.Perrins Building Contractors c.c. 25 years ago in 1991. Robert had one clear goal in mind, and that was to build quality homes and buildings. Over the years Robert built very strong relationships with his clients and the repeated business ventures with many of them are testimony to the trust they have in his work. Since R.S.Perrins Building Contractors started, Robert put together an outstanding team of labourers which makes R.S.Perrins Master Builders what it is today. Over the years Robert and his team completed many projects which gives them valuable experience and excellent knowledge of the building industry. Robert is an active, hands-on manager that does regular site-visits, but he also has foreman to help manage all the different sites.

Since 1991, Robert’s wife, Benita, has been working hand in hand with him as an administrative clerk. For the past 25 years, she’s been in charge of all the administration work and her valuable input is paramount to the success of the company. Robert’s son, Benito, joined the company in 2016 after doing his studies in Business and Management and Building and Civil Construction. Benito is currently the administrative clerk, and after completing a course in Site Supervising and Site Health and Safety, he is also the Health and Safety Supervisor and does site supervision.

Robert is very passionate about his trade. All their labourers are reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and also very passionate about their respective trades. They take pride in what they do; every step of the way. 25 years down the line the company is now trading as “R.S.Perrins Master Builders”.

Areas we cover

R.S.Perrins Master Builders started in Wellington and is still situated in Wellington. Since 1991 Robert built and renovated many new homes, factories and offices in Wellington and surrounding areas. Over the years R.S.Perrins Master Builders started spreading their wings and they now cover most areas in the Western Cape, including Stellenbosch.

Through the years R.S.Perrins Master Builders covered many areas such as Wellington, Paarl, Malmesbury, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Grabouw, Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay, Rooi-Els, Pringle Bay, Hangklip, Betty’s Bay, Hermanus, Gansbaai, Caledon, Worcester, Robertson, Swellendam, Klapmuts, Durbanville, Brackenfell, Bellville, Kuils River, Cape Town, Klapmuts, Riebeeck-Kasteel, Tulbagh, Darling, Yzerfontein, Langebaan, Saldanha, Vredenburg and Piketberg. They are more than willing to travel to complete projects in these areas again.

They have done various projects in upmarket Estates such as Diemersfontein Wine Estate, Capolavaro Mountain Estate and many more. R.S.Perrins Master Builders are also one of the preferred contractors for the West Coast National Park in Langebaan, as they have completed many projects there in the past. They also specialize in industrial construction and have completed a few projects for companies like Fair Cape Dairies, Boland Wines and Chill Beverages.
